Use QC photos to ask a precise follow-up question.
QC photos can help you inspect visible details of the item shown. First confirm that the images match your item and variant; then check condition and measurements. Photos cannot prove authenticity, materials, durability, or seller reputation.
Check identity before appearance
- Match the photo set to the item identifier and the color, size, or model selected in your order.
- Confirm that all expected pieces are shown. Ask for a missing view instead of assuming the unseen side is fine.
- Inspect visible marks, joins, closures, labels, and other details relevant to the item.
- For measurements, request units and visible start and end points. Check whether the method matches the listing’s chart.
- If something is unclear, ask a specific question before any approval that affects the available return options.
Make the request easy to answer
| Unclear request | More useful request |
|---|---|
| Is the size right? | Show the measurement named in the chart, with the tape endpoints visible. |
| Is the bag good? | Show the zipper opening, interior compartment, and strap attachment. |
| Does everything match? | Show the selected option label and all included pieces together. |
Keep unknowns in the record
Lighting and camera angle can affect how an item appears. A clear picture still does not test comfort, composition, long-term performance, or authorization. Do not convert “no obvious issue in these photos” into “verified product.” Platform inspection scope and available follow-up services should be checked on the current platform page.
Use the measurement guide for your item
Before you proceed with an unresolved issue
An unclear claim and an after-sales request need different checks. Use the buyer-evidence guide to assess what remains unverified, or the returns guide to prepare a specific request.

Questions before the next step
Can this website approve my QC photos?
No. This publication does not inspect private orders or issue approval decisions. Use the checklist to frame questions for the platform handling your item.
What if a requested angle is missing?
Keep that observation unresolved. Ask for the relevant view or measurement and check applicable deadlines before taking the next order step.
